The Notre Dame-bound senior was named the Central Suburban League South golfer of the year, shooting a 5-under 67 to lead the Spartans to the conference crown. O'Regan also was the medalist at the Class 3A Conant regional in another Glenbrook North victory. His 2-putt for par from 80 feet out on the final hole at the Conant sectional gave the Spartans a 308-309 win over New Trier in Glenbrook North's first conference-regional-sectional sweep since 2013.
