Halloween SpookTRUNKular a scary good time

Park Center Health and Fitness in Glenview hosted the Halloween SpookTRUNKular Oct. 24, featuring music by the School of Rock Glenbrook House Band.

Encouraged to dress in costume, and even decorate their own vehicles, people enjoyed a drive-up "trunk or treat" and reverse parade during the Saturday evening outing. Organizers said the event attracted about 435 cars.

A variety of creatively ghoulish settings, costumes and floats were on display in an event that even drew local political representatives.
