Anetsberger Golf Course offers an ideal setting for both beginning and seasoned players

Whether you're looking to join a league, receive instruction or enjoy a few rounds of golf with friends, Anetsberger Golf Course offers an ideal setting for both beginning and seasoned players.

The par-3, 9-hole course opened May 1 with COVID-19 restrictions and is now offering lessons, leagues and a variety of youth programming for summer. Golfers can enjoy up to 18 holes per day, Monday through Friday and 9 holes on Saturdays with an Anetsberger membership. Adult, senior, youth and family memberships are available.

"Anetsberger is a scenic experience and a 9-hole round can be played in 90 minutes or less," said John Billiter, Head Golf Professional. "It's a great place to practice your short game, and with holes ranging from 100-185 yards, players of all ability levels have a chance to hit the green in regulation and putt for birdie."

Children ages 8-14 can receive instruction at multiple levels through Northbrook Golf Academy's Youth Weekly Summer Program.

An LPGA All Girls Golf program also is available this summer for ages 8-14, along with a Northbrook Golf Academy Youth Travel League for ages 9-14. Additional instruction opportunities are available for youth as well as instruction for adults.
