Allstate to Serve as Title Sponsor for SALUTE, INC.'s Homestretch for Heroes 5K

Allstate has made a generous commitment to serve as the title sponsor for SALUTE INC.'s Homestretch for Heroes race. The Homestretch for Heroes 5K twilight walk/run and 1-mile run takes place on Tuesday, August 6 at 6:30 p.m. on the grounds of Arlington International Racecourse. As the host sponsor, Arlington International has donated the use of the racetrack and surrounding grounds for the event.

"We are so grateful for this important partnership with Allstate," said SALUTE, INC. co-founder and Executive Director Mary Beth Beiersdorf. "Without support from our corporate sponsors we would be limited in our ability to help servicemen and women get back on their feet."

SALUTE, INC. is a Palatine-based nonprofit that raises funds to help meet the financial, physical and emotional needs of injured military service members, veterans and their families. All donations and funds raised through their 5K and 10K races go directory towards helping military families.

There are still a number of sponsorship opportunities available. Contact Sue Hussey at Sue@saluteinc.org for details.

Registration for the Homestretch for Heroes 5K or 1-mile run is also open for runners. Sign up as an individual or corporate team here: https://www.saluteinc.org/events/homestretch-for-heroes-5k/.
