Association for Individual Development to host Color Burst 5K Fun Run & Roll June 7
On Friday, June 7, the Association for Individual Development will host its annual "Color Burst 5K Fun Run & Roll."
The 5K run will begin and end at the AID Elgin Community Day Services location, 1135 Bowes Road.
Packet pick-up/day-of registration begins at 6 p.m. with the race officially beginning at 7 p.m. There will also be a post-race fun fair with special local vendors.
Runners, walkers and wheelchair riders will be blasted with color in this fun-filled family event.
All proceeds benefit individuals with physical, developmental, intellectual and/or mental health challenges who receive AID services.

Cost is $30 for individuals or $100 for four; online fees apply.
