Back by popular demand is Chef Sarah Stegner's Chopped Chicken Liver ($10/serving). She has perfected this dish by applying her years of experience to make this time-honored holiday tradition as good as it can be. The Chopped Chicken Liver, made with succulent chicken liver and topped with crumbled hardboiled egg, green onion and fried shallots.

"I worked on the recipe with Cindy Schwartz Kienzle, chef/owner of the Hungry Monkey Baking Company (www.hungrymonkeybaking.com), and I appreciate her input," said Stegner. "She was my taste tester. I wanted to make sure the chopped liver was as delicious as can be and I think our guests will be very pleased with the result."
