Bath Planet employees celebrate the season of giving at PADS of Elgin

Dimitris Nacopoulos and a few members of his Bath Planet team volunteered at PADS of Elgin Oct. 25.

'Tis the season to be kind and helpful to others!

The company president, along with other Bath Planet team members, proudly went to PADS of Elgin Inc. to feed those less fortunate.

PADS stands for "Public Action to Deliver Shelter," support services and advocacy to homeless individuals. It is a safe haven for homeless men, women and children.

PADS of Elgin Inc. is always in need of goods and services, financial contributions, meal donations, and volunteers.

In addition to helping PADS, Bath Planet of Chicagoland has supported other area organizations by donating turkeys for Thanksgiving.

In total, Nacopoulos and his team donated 371 turkeys - 350 to the Elgin Food Bank, 15 to York Township, and six turkeys to the Midwest Shelter for Homeless Veterans in Wheaton.
