Wayne church to host shrimp boil Aug. 25

The Men's Group of Little Home Church by the Wayside United Church of Christ invites the community to a shrimp boil from 6 to 10 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25.

Enjoy fresh shrimp, corn on the cob, potatoes and salad. An alternative will be available for those allergic to shrimp.

Bring your own beer or wine. Live music will be provided by the John Lash Jazz Trio.

Tickets are $25 or $5 for children, age 10 or younger.

Deadline for tickets is Saturday, Aug. 18. Tickets can be purchased online at littlehomechurch.org.

Proceeds from this event will support local community service by the church's Men's Group.

Little Home Church is located at 32W128 Army Trail Road in Wayne.
