Bridalveil Fall tumbles 620 feet from a "hanging valley" in Yosemite National Park, California. The "hanging valley" was formed during the Ice Age when glaciers ground off the end of Bridalveil Creek's V-shaped valley. Our family visited Yosemite in the summers of 2009 and 2010.
