The Ranch of Hope Reins to host Fall Halloween event Oct. 29

Have you ever seen horses dressed as super heroes or ballerinas? The Ranch of Hope Reins, 45W107 Dietrich Road in Hampshire, will host its first Fall Halloween event from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 29.

Meet the horses, a mini donkey, mini horse, and therapy dog, all dressed up as they parade around The Ranch. Activities include crafts, pumpkin decorating contest, games, treats, costume contest, face painting, and bounce house. It is family friendly and free to the public.

The Ranch of Hope Reins (The Ranch) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that combines a horse rescue environment with incredible natural beauty to help at-risk youth, veterans and their families.

Working with at-risk youths,veterans, autistic kids, and their families, the group who founded The Ranch has been serving the Northern Illinois area for over 12 years.
