Little Home Church by the Wayside to host 'Trunk-or-Treat' Halloween fun

Little Home Church by the Wayside United Church of Christ, 32W128 Army Trail Road in Wayne, invites the community to "Trunk-or-Treat" at 4:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 29.

At 4:30 p.m. in the sanctuary, music director Larry Dieffenbach will play a 30-minute "Spooktacular" organ recital, featuring famous and lighthearted tunes for trick-or-treaters - all dressed in their Halloween costumes.

At 5 p.m., everyone will go outside and trick-or-treat around the church. Parishioners will decorate the trunks on their cars, trucks and SUVs in various themes and give out treats.

It will end at 5:30 p.m. with food and fellowship time in the parish hall.
