The second annual Not All Wounds Bleed 5k Run/Walk will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday, June 10, at LeRoy Oakes Forest Preserve, 37W00 Dean St. in St. Charles.

Enjoy the meditative environment of the woods and prairies while connecting with others during this competitive professionally timed 5k event.

Not All Wounds Bleed is a nonprofit agency which was founded in 2015 after they observed a need for a centralized database of resources for PTSD patients, their families and friends as well as the need to raise awareness about what PTSD is and is not, including the stigma of PTSD being solely military related.
