New Dunkin' Donuts to open in Lakemoor
A Dunkin' Donuts store will be coming to Lakemoor, according to village officials. FNC Real Estate Entity LLC, recently acquired the property at 209 W. Rand Road (Route 120), the site of the former Three Brothers Restaurant, and plans a 2,013-square-foot building with a drive-through and 36 indoor seats, the most recent village newsletter says. An outdoor cafe with an additional 36 seats will also be provided during warmer months. Village officials say they are working with Dunkin' Donuts to address zoning issues and to incorporate "Town Center" design standards.
