NASCAR season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway sold out

HOMESTEAD, Fla. (AP) - The NASCAR championship race Sunday at Homestead-Miami Speedway is sold out.

The track announced a grandstand sellout for the race that will decide the Sprint Cup champion. Jimmie Johnson, Kyle Busch, Joey Logano and Carl Edwards at the four drivers racing for the championship.

Three-time champion Tony Stewart also makes his final appearance in a NASCAR race.

A limited number of Sunday tickets still remain for seats in the infield Pit Road Cabanas, in addition to spots in the FanVision Fan Zone.

Homestead-Miami holds about 46,000 seats and the sellout comes in a season where attendance woes continue to plague the sport.

The Band Perry will play the pre-race concert.
