Glenbard North Inducts Students into Foreign Language Honor Societies

On Thursday, March 24, 2016, the Glenbard North World Language Department held a ceremony to induct students of Spanish and French into the Spanish and French National Honor Societies. Students who have shown academic excellence in the study of a foreign language were honored in this ceremony. In order to qualify for this distinction, students must have earned an A in their Spanish or French classes for three consecutive semesters. Students in honors Spanish or French classes must have earned an A or B for three consecutive semesters. Additionally, inductees were required to complete a number of volunteer hours tutoring their peers in order to be considered for membership in the Spanish and French National Honor Societies.
