Bernie the Shill just playing for house

The word shill has a colorful history. A shill can work for a carnival bringing in the "suckers" to a "friendly" game of chance. This is done by appearing to be just one of the players when he really plays for the house.

In politics, it is a bit different but the subterfuge is the same. How can we take Sanders' candidacy seriously? He has taken Hillary's most serious defects, her compulsive lying on just about everything, off the table. In fact early in the race, he proudly announced that he will not talk about her "email and router problems." Does that sound like a serious quest to be the President of the United States? Bernie the Shill so much as said, "don't worry I got your back." His moves must not interfere with the "house."

The Democrats needed someone to oppose Hillary, she needed someone to stand next to her and make off he is a serious candidate. They dredged up this communist-lite senator to oppose her. He has been a surprise to her cabal, however, from the beginning she had and has enough delegates to easily defeat Bernie.

No one else stepped up to seriously challenge her because the fix was in, she was crowned the party's candidate years ago. In the meanwhile, Bernie the Shill is having the time of his life, huge crowds, adoration, money pouring in, more popularity than he could ever dream of, but he never crosses that red line. The red line is the FBI investigations and a lot of other serious baggage.

If Trump had an active FBI investigation going on, his opponents would be cutting him to pieces. Not so with Bernie the Shill. He stays behind that red line, that is the deal he made. Go and preach your "free stuff" for all, just don't cross that red line, don't play against the house, that is what a shill does.
