Novomattic signs 3-year lease

SCHAUMBURG - Entre Commercial Realty recently represented Novomatic Americas Sales in the leasing of 1050 E. Business Center Drive in Mount Prospect.

Novomatic Americas Sales, a manufacturer and distributor of casino gaming machines, leased 51,211 square feet for a three-year term in a consolidation of an East Dundee location along with operations in DeerField Beach, Florida. Novomatic Americas was launched in 2012 as an expansion of the Austria-based Novomatic Group and its efforts to expand in North America. The company's products include slot machines for Class III and VLT / VGT markets, electronic table games, casino management systems and ancillary services.

The Mount Prospect site will be the firm's corporate headquarters and will feature 15,000 square feet of office space. The village was able to assist with a granting a 6B tax incentive, a critical component in helping close the deal.

Mike DeSerto, Dan Benassi, and Dan Jones of Entre Commercial Realty represented Novomatic Americas Sales. The landlord, Colony Capital, was represented by Vice President Kelly Joyce, CCIM, and Principal Jonathan Kohn of Colliers.
