Thoughts on Hadley Junior High School

Regarding your always interesting articles, this one about the payments for each student that Glen Ellyn Elementary District 41 says uses the buses, I comment as follows: Living within two blocks of Hadley Junior High School in Glen Ellyn, and on the street where everyday the school buses travel, I see how the buses are occupied. Each afternoon, there are seven to eight buses that go by. Most have few, three or four riders, and some no riders.

There needs to be a review of the evening ridership if this is standard practice at other schools as well.

Regarding an addition to Hadley Junior High: try now to drive down Hawthorne Boulevard when school is beginning or ending. The traffic congestion is horrendous.
