GOP is what Reagan said it shouldn't be

The GOP is both self-serving and irresponsible, a party that relentlessly pushes for tax cuts that benefit their wealthy supporters.

Frankly, there is no evidence that tax cuts for the rich do anything other than increase the nation's extreme income/wealth inequality. That inequality is bad for the economy, lessens freedom, and undermines democracy.

Beyond that, it is unjust, inhumane, un-Christian, and immoral, contributing to worsening our budget deficit and increasing our national debt. The GOP is the very embodiment of the kind of government that Reagan said is the problem and not the solution.
