O'Hare noise studies seriously flawed

Similar to the recent court decision where the U.S. District Court ruled that the Federal Highway Administration and the Illinois Department of Transportation used flawed environmental impact statements to illegally approve the Illiana Tollway project, someone should investigate the legality of the approval of the O'Hare Modernization Program made by the Federal Aviation Administration and the City of Chicago.

It appears from the nearly four million jet noise complaints registered this year on chicagonoisecomplaint.com that their impact studies were also seriously flawed.
