New Friends and Neighbors

New Friends and Neighbors, a philanthropic group in the Algonquin, Carpentersville and Dundee area, is hosting its third annual "Surfs Up" Trivia Night Benefit. The event will be Friday, Nov. 6, at the Randall Oaks Golf Club in West Dundee. Tickets are $25, which includes a taco buffet and the game. There will be a cash bar.

"Surf's Up" for a night of fun and fundraising for FISH Food Pantry in Carpentersville. Put a team of two to eight (ages 18 and older) together and come up a fun team name. Then strut your best "surf" wear and come ready to work together as a team to answer fun trivia. Doors open at 6 p.m. Buffet begins at 6:15 p.m. with the trivia starting at 7 p.m. Raffle prizes will be offered, as well 50/50 cash raffle.
