Funeral for slain Fox Lake police officer to be held Monday

A public visitation and funeral for the Fox Lake police officer who was gunned down earlier this week will be Monday.
Visitation for Lt. Charles Joseph Gliniewicz will run from 9 a.m. to noon at Antioch Community High School, 133 Main St., Antioch. His funeral is planned for 1 p.m. at the high school. Both gatherings will be in the school's auditorium.
Interment will follow at Hillside East Cemetery in Antioch.
Details about the funeral procession are pending.
Gliniewicz, of Antioch, was killed early Tuesday after chasing three suspicious men in Fox Lake. No arrests have been made as police continue searching for the suspects.
