Fox Valley Newcomers club donates to Andersen Animal Shelter

The Fox Valley Newcomers and Neighbors Club recently donated $2,750 to the Anderson Animal Shelter in South Elgin.

The club is a social and philanthropic organization for women in the Fox Valley area who are interested in making new friends through various social and fundraising activities. Many members are newly retired, new to the area or empty-nesters with new found free time. The club is open to new members for an annual membership fee of $25.
