Zengeler Cleaners Announces Two New Production Managers

Northbrook, IL, November 11, 2014: Zengeler Cleaners recently promoted two long time employees to management positions in the historic company's production department. Fernanda Estella was named General Manager of Production for the enterprise, while Icela Chavez was promoted to Production Manager at the company's Park Avenue location. Both promotions were effective Monday, October 20, 2014. Zengeler Cleaners is the Midwest's largest and oldest cleaner, having served the northern Illinois area since 1857.

The promotions were announced by Tom Zengeler, President of Zengeler Cleaners. "Our company is fortunate to have two long-time employees to supervise production operations," said Zengeler. "Both Fernanda and Icela understand the importance of superior quality on our operations side. Their extensive knowledge of the dry cleaning industry combined with many years working with our production personnel make them uniquely suited for their positions. We are confident our production facilities are in great hands under the guidance of Fernanda and Icela.

Fernanda Estella joined Zengeler Cleaners in 1984. During her 30 years with the company, she has first-hand experience with the ever-changing industry. As General Manager, she'll supervise all locations with production facilities. Icela Chavez has worked with Zengeler Cleaners for 14+ years, most recently under the guidance of Robert Zengeler, Sr., who personally supervised production at the Park Avenue location in Libertyville.
