Bensenville President Frank Soto to Speak at N.O.I.S.E. Summit

Bensenville, IL - Bensenville Village President Frank Soto will be appearing before government officials, leading aviation officials, researchers and mitigation experts at the National League of Cities. The National Organization to Insure a Sound Controlled Environment (N.O.I.S.E.) will be hosting their annual Policy Summit and Community Involvement Workshop in Austin, Texas on November 19th, 2014 in conjunction with the National League of Cities Congress of Cities.

This event is a premier opportunity for local government officials and other aviation noise mitigation stakeholders to interact directly with leading aviation officials, researchers, and mitigation experts to gain knowledge and information that will directly benefit their communities.

"The Village of Bensenville is actively working find and implement measures to reduce the aviation noise caused by O'Hare Airport" stated Village President Frank Soto "Our goal is to continue to find solutions and implement those solutions as soon as possible to improve the quality of life for our residents. The annual N.O.I.S.E. Policy Summit is a great opportunity to collaborate and find these new solutions."

This year's event will feature updates on federal policy that impacts air traffic control changes, as well as presentations from airport noise officers and community advocates who are on the front lines of aviation noise policy.
