Wauconda Woman's Club promotes the cause against Child Abuse

To promote the cause against Child Abuse, the Wauconda Woman's Club donated a $50 Snap, Crackle, Pop cash raffle prize to the General Federation of Woman's Club (GFWC) Blue Ribbon Fashion Show. The fashion show was held on April 6, 2014 at the Bloomington Country Club. All proceeds from the show are given to "Prevent Child Abuse Illinois", a non-profit organization dedicated to child abuse and neglect. The president of the Wauconda Woman's Club, Carol Johnson, was one of the models wearing three different outfits - a comfy casual outfit for walking the beach, a luncheon casual outfit and a beautiful blue dressy outfit for an evening out.
