Cary Park District offers day off school activities

As the holidays approach, families are looking for fun and engaging activities for their kids during Thanksgiving break. The Cary Park District has developed opportunities to keep kids' minds alert and hands active when there is a day off from school. To register for any of the programs visit the Community Center at 255 Briargate Road in Cary or register online at carypark.com. For more information, call (847) 639-6100 or visit carypark.com. Preregistration is required for all programs.

Pump It Up!:

Jump, bounce, and play. Begin and end the day at the Community Center. In between we will travel to Pump It Up for an afternoon of fun. Bring a sack lunch and drink. 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 21, bus leaves for Pump It Up at 12:15 p.m. Fee is $39 per child and $29 for E.T. KidZone participants.

Cary Gymnastics:

Tumble, roll, and jump! Begin and end your day at the Community Center with seasonal activities. In between, there will be time at Cary Gymnastics. Bring a sack lunch and drink. 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 22. Bus leaves for Cary Gymnastics at 11:15 a.m. Fee is $39 per child; $29 for E.T. KidZone participants.

Fall Fun at the Community Center:

Enjoy a day at the Community Center with fall themed crafts, games, and activities. Bring a sack lunch and drink. 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 23. Fee is $35 per child; $25 for E.T. KidZone participants.
