Crystal Lake South falls to Mundelein

Mundelein 58, Crystal Lake South 46: The Gators (12-9) received 21 points and 16 rebounds from Sara Mickow but couldn’t stop the Mustangs’ hot hand and dropped their second-straight in nonconference action on the road. Sophomore Chanel Fanter also scored in double figures for the Gators with 14 but Mundelein shot a 56 percent clip from the field and outscored CLS by 16 in the first half. Three Mustangs scored at least 13 points each.
