HD FITNESS in Hoffman Estates Helping Kids Get Fit!

This is on our hearts here at HD Fitness and we desire to take action and re-spark an interest in the youth to love and enjoy physical activity! Fitness should never be viewed as a burden, but instead as another form of entertainment! Lets teach this generation of youth that running, jumping rope, playing sports and even just having interaction with a community of friends is more important then the next high score on their favorite video games.

HD Fit Kidz starts January 31st,2014. The class will be every Friday at 5pm-6pm and 6pm-7pm every Friday. Ages 8-12 are welcome to attend. You can sign up on our website www.hd-fit.net or by simply calling 847-907-4978. The cost is only $35 for the entire month.

Today's kids need us more than ever ! Help us in fighting the cause for childhood obesity! It's never to late to sign -up. The second round of classes will begin March 7th, 2014.
