All invited to family Christmas Eve candlelight service

Wheaton, IL- All are invited to a Christmas Eve Candlelight Service at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 24 at Church of the Resurrection, located at 935 W. Union St. in Wheaton.

The traditional Christmas Eve service will include Christmas carols, a theatrical presentation of the Christmas story, music led by the Choristers, Church of the Resurrection's children's choir, and a message from Bishop Stewart Ruch III, the senior pastor at Resurrection.

“We welcome visitors to join us for this Church of the Resurrection Christmas tradition as we celebrate and experience the mystery and wonder of Jesus' birth,” said Bishop Stewart.

Church of the Resurrection is part of the Anglican Church in North America and recently celebrated its one year anniversary at the Union Street location. The newly remodeled building is festooned with dozens of Christmas trees for the season and overlooks scenic Lincoln Marsh.
