Gould uses week off to lead charity 5K
It may have been a bye week for the Bears, but kicker Robbie Gould wasn’t using his Sunday off for a day of rest.
Gould greeted and cheered on hundreds of runners Sunday during his inaugural Run for the Gould 5K and Kids Dash, which kicked off from the Whole Foods Market in Kildeer.
The event raised money for the Gould’s Goulden Touch charity which supports food banks, cancer research, wounded soldier organizations and other causes.
