Missing Ingleside man contacts family

An Ingleside man who was reported missing has contacted his family, Fox Lake police announced Wednesday. Eric Walleck called a relative from a pay phone in McAllen, Texas, asking for money so he can buy a ticket home, police said. Walleck will remain listed as a missing person until detectives can verify he is safe, police said. Walleck had been reported missing by his father Monday.
