Barrington Taste'fest & EXPO Oct. 17

Dozens of restaurants, microbrewers and wineries will be sharing samples of their signature dishes and spirits at the 10th annual Taste'fest & EXPO, on October 17. Set against a background of live Chicago jazz performed by the nationally renowned Amy Yassinger Jazz Ensemble, guests will enjoy generous tastings from food and drink exhibitors, and take home samples of business exhibitors' products; plus door prizes, raffles and games throughout the evening, including the ever-popular Barrington Bank & Trust “Money Machine.” New this year at Taste'fest will be a photo booth where guests can have their pictures taken as a memento of the evening.

Proceeds from Taste'fest & EXPO benefit local small businesses through the Chamber's educational programs, networking groups, and business resources; and benefit the BACC's Lauren Brown Memorial Scholarship.

Tickets are $40 and can be purchased online at www.barringtonchamber.com; in person at the Chamber office, 190 E. Restaurant sponsors' cost is $50 and includes a half-page ad in the event passport, two admission tickets, and booth with electricity.
