House District 62 State Rep. Sam Yingling encourages constituents to share their thoughts while getting their morning coffee on Tuesday, July 9, in Wauconda. Yingling will be available to talk to constituents from 8 to 9 a.m. at Honey Hill Coffee Company, 107 S.
