Carve pumpkins with family Oct. 20 at Bock Neighborhood Center

Bring your imagination to the pumpkin carving event of the season.

Schaumburg Park District's Bock Neighborhood Center, 1223 W. Sharon Lane, will host Family Pumpkin Carving from 1 to 3 p.m., Oct. 20. Participants ages 1 to 14 will receive a pumpkin to carve and decorate. Prizes will be awarded in various categories for the best decorated pumpkins.

Pumpkin carving supplies, juice and snacks will be provided. An adult must be present with children at all times.

Pre-registration is required. Registration is available online at parkfun.com and at District registration facilities. Resident cost per child is $15. Non-resident cost per child is $23. Adults must register.
