Participants from the Dirty Girl 5k Race wash off after running through mud and other obstacles. Around 7,000 women came out to Lake County Fair Grounds in Grayslake Saturday to participate in the Dirty Girl 5k Race. A portion of the proceeds goes out to the National Breast Cancer Association.
