Save the earth - one drink at a time - at the Lobby Lounge in the Chicago Oak Brook Hills Marriott Resort. Order the Treetini and spirit maker Veev Acai will plant a tree. The Treetini is an acai spirit mixed with Chambord, cranberry juice, club soda, and a splash of lemon and lime juices topped off with a cranberry garnish for $10.

Glenview House celebrates barbecue month and Chicago's craft beer week with a pairing through Saturday, May 26. The menu includes Asian barbecue grilled sweet and sour shrimp paired with Boulevard Brewing Tank No. 7 Farm House Ale; cured and smoked duck breast with asparagus and baby greens paired with Founders Centennial IPA; and red pop brined and honey glazed pork chop with apple grits and spicy collards paired with Flossmoor Station Pullman Brown Ale. Pairings cost $35 for food and beer, $25 without beer.
