Conant 2, Buffalo Grove 0: Senior striker Courtney Raetzman had a pair of first-half goals — one unassisted, one with an assist from Sammie van de Linde — to lift visiting Conant past Bison in a Mid-Suburban League crossover. The Cougars improved to 7-1-0 in league play.

Maine West 2, Resurrection 1: Joanne Stanfa and Shannon Sullivan scored to help the Warriors pick up a win in Niles West tournament play.

Hersey 3, Rolling Meadows 1: Lauren Gierman scored twice and Nicole Pietro once as the visiting Huskies produced an MSL East victory to improve to a division-best record of 5-1-0. Morgan Harris made 4 saves in net for Hersey; Ashley Ingolia made 8 for Rolling Meadows (2-5-1 MSL East).

Prospect 6, Hoffman Estates 0: Jesse Petrovsky and Kelli Iovino both scored twice in a game that was called 10 minutes into the second half.

Schaumburg 0, Palatine 0: Play was suspended with about 30 minutes left due to lightning as the Saxons hosted in MSL West play. Brooke Schocker made 4 saves for Schaumburg (3-1-2 in the West), and Meghan Ellis and Rachel Rhodes combined for 11 saves for Palatine (1-4-1 West).
