Animal shelter plans benefit dinner
Orphans of the Storm invites everyone to join them at the 12th annual benefit dinner: “Golden Years — Celebrating the Joys and Rewards of the Older Pet.”
The event, to be held 5:30 p.m. Monday, April 23, at the Marriott’s Lincolnshire Resort, will celebrate the shelter’s mission and raise funds to help the thousands of homeless dogs and cats that will reach the shelter this year.
Reservations are available at $250 each. Sponsor tables are $2,500 and patron tables are $5,000. Each table seats 10.
