Court orders auction of two shopping centers, McDonald’s
DK Realty Partners LLC, a nationally operating commercial and investment real estate brokerage and auction company based in Schaumburg, announced the court-ordered sealed bid auction of two DuPage County retail centers and a net-leased McDonald’s restaurant.
The deadline for sealed bids is 2 p.m. Dec. 19, at DK Realty Partners, 650 E. Algonquin Road, Schaumburg.
The first center, Eola Commons, and the McDonald’s are located at 405 N. Eola Road and 425 N. Eola Road in Aurora. The multi-tenant 24,000-square-foot retail center, which is zoned B-B (Business District), contains 13 units and features abundant parking. The center is 80 percent occupied.
The McDonald’s, on an outlot to the Eola Commons center is on 1.29 acres and is net leased to McDonald’s Corporation through 2020.
The second center, Winfield Pointe, 27W093-27W121 Geneva Road, Winfield, is a modern 20,000-square-foot 9-unit retail center. It has parking for more than 100 vehicles and is professionally landscaped. Winfield Pointe sits on 2.5 acres and is zoned retail/business. The center is 85 percent occupied.
Inspection dates for the two Aurora properties are from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Nov. 30; 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7; 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Dec. 14.
The Winfield property may be inspected from 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30; 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Dec. 7th and 1 to 3 p.m. Dec. 14.
Bidder’s information packages are available and include: bidding procedures, real estate sale contract, title summary, survey, tax information, rent rolls, income/expenses, leases, appraisal and environmental information.
