Last year: 9-19 overall, 3-11 (sixth) in the DuPage Valley Conference; lost to Rolling Meadows 44-31 in the Class 4A Glenbard North regional semifinal.

Scouting report: Glenbard North looks to build on a good finish that included the program’s first playoff win in seven years, a victory over Conant in the regional opener. After struggling with high turnover for a few years, the Panthers return five of their top eight players. Harn, an all-DVC selection, averaged 11.1 points per game and had a strong off-season. She will be the focal point of the offense in her fourth year starting. Wisnewski, a 6-foot-3 junior, averaged 3.3 points and 4.7 rebounds a year ago, but Chamberlain said she has looked dominant at times in practice. “A lot of it is going to be based on her conditioning,” he said.
