Cavin signs with Wisconsin-Green Bay

Conant senior softball pitcher Briana Cavin signed a letter of intent to play at Wisconsin-Green Bay last Thursday.

She compiled an ERA of 1.33 while pitching coach Cathy Smith’s Cougars to their first Mid-Suburban League championship since 1974.

Cavin threw 6 shutouts with a no-hitter and she also batted batted .416.
