MHS board hits the road again:
The Mundelein High School board will travel to Gurnee on Monday to examine the artificial turf football field at Warren Township High School’s Almond Road campus. The meeting is set for 7 p.m. The Mundelein High board is considering installing artificial turf at its school, and it’s visiting several Illinois campuses to see examples from the manufacturers who are bidding on the job. A similar meeting is scheduled for Saturday morning in downstate Macomb.
