Lake County Family YMCA Offers Parents Night Out

Who has enough time to set up a babysitter during the week or even on a Friday night?

The YMCA offers many benefits for members. Parents Night Out is one of those events that grants time for Y parents and others to catch up on housework, a favorite hobby, shopping, or just some uninterrupted time.

Lake County Family YMCA Senior Childcare Director Ruth Reichenbach explained, “Parents Night Out at the Lake County Family YMCA provides a safe and quality environment that gives parents an opportunity to get everyday errands done or even to catch dinner and a movie.”

The next Parents Night Out event is from 6:30-9 p.m. Friday, July 8, at the Central Lake YMCA, 700 Lakeview Parkway, Vernon Hills. It is $20 for members and $25 for others. There is also another Parents Night Out being held on Friday, August 12. You can sign up in the welcome center at the Lake County Family YMCA in Vernon Hills, Ill.
