GLMV Women's Networking Group Luncheon May 10

Lake County's business women are invited to join their peers at the GLMV Women's Networking Group Luncheon, Tuesday, May 10 at White Deer Run Golf Club in Vernon Hills. The luncheon will be held 11:30am to 1pm.

The featured speaker is Jenniffer Weigel, Emmy Award winning Broadcaster from Chicago (www.jenweigel.com). Jenniffer will address the group with a motivational presentation.

Menu for the luncheon is Gazpacho Soup, Chicken Fajita Salad with cheddar cheese, sour cream and guacamole in a tortilla shell

The GLMV Women's Networking Gropu is ideal for those looking for peers who are experiencing similar business struggles, for people to expand your circle of influence, for a place you can effectively network for introductions instead of relying on cold leads and referrals, and for an event where networking is the main focus.

The group offers the opportunity to network with fellow business women, make connections, learn from each other, and of course increase business. Non-members are welcome to attend for a limited number of meetings.

Jenniffer's career started in radio, where she was sidekick for radio personalities such as Jonathan Brandmeier, Danny Bonaduce, Steve Cochran, and movie critic Richard Roeper. She also co-hosted her own radio show for WLS-AM and WGN-AM. She spent two years as a movie reviewer and entertainment reporter for superstation WGN-TV before moving over to CBS affiliate WBBM where she was a television news anchor/reporter. She received an Emmy Award in 2000 for her on-camera reporting.

Cost: $12 cash or check at the event.
