All American Girl time at Antioch library

Youngsters in Antioch attended a monthly meeting of the American Girl club.

Held at the Antioch Public Library, the program was started new this year and has become very popular. Participants are welcome to bring their American Girl doll if they have one but any doll is fine.

"The club is about the American Girl stories," says Rachel Simonson, library staff person that organizes the program.

Each month, Simonson reads from one of the American Girl series, the participants discuss the story then everyone does a craft representative of ones found in the books.
