Your news: Hoffman wrestlers help children

The Hoffman Estates High School wrestling program volunteered at Children's Advocacy Center (CAC) in Hoffman Estates on Dec. 29.

The CAC provides a multidisciplinary approach to severe physical and child sexual abuse cases. The center recognizes the special, unique needs of child victims, while demanding accountability for the crime of child sexual abuse and severe physical abuse.

“When I found out about the work the CAC is involved with, I knew this was a great opportunity for our wrestling program to give back to the community,” said head wresting coach Tony Ganas. “Our student-athletes work hard on the mat, and I wanted them to display the same dedication within the community.”
