Meet artist Jan. 17 at Cary library

Meet artist Lori Indovina-Valus from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 17 at the Cary Area Public Library, 1606 Three Oaks Road. Her photos will be on display for the month of January in the library. Lori Indovina-Valus has been involved with art, design and photography her whole life. She is a graduate of the Art Institute of Chicago and has taught art for over 10 years. Her photos of the Black Crown Marsh in McHenry are being used in fundraising efforts by the Illinois Department of Natural Resources.
