Four file for Cary village board

Three incumbents filed their petitions Monday for election to the Cary village board.
Barbara Hill and Al Pilli handed in papers for three, 4-year terms, and Mark Kownick filed for the only available two-year term seat.
Another incumbent, Debra McNamee, had not yet filed.
Candidates have until the end of the day Dec. 20 to turn in petitions.
