Stevenson HS hosts drug, alcohol forum Oct. 27

Stevenson High School District 125 and Libertyville-Vernon Hills District 128 will join Northwest Suburban High School District 214 to sponsor a community symposium next week on the dangers of teenage substance use and abuse.

“Teens, Drugs and Alcohol What Every Parent Should Know” will be held 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 27, in Stevenson High School's West Auditorium. Free, but attendees are asked to register in advance online at http://tinyurl.com/townhall10-27.

Representatives from mental health and treatment agencies will be present and audience members will be able to ask questions during a panel discussion at the end of the evening.
